Chantix

Are you smoke....???
you can stop smoke with this one " chantix

What is Chantix?

Chantix (varenicline) is a smoking cessation medicine. It is used together with behavior modification and counseling support to help you stop smoking. Chantix works in the brain to block the pleasurable effects of smoking. This helps to decrease your desire to keep smoking.

Chantix may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.

What is the most important information I should know about Chantix?

Before using Chantix, tell your doctor if you have heart disease, circulation problems, kidney disease, or a history of depression or mental illness. You may choose from 2 ways to use Chantix. Ask your doctor which of the following methods is best for you: To improve your chances for successful smoking cessation, be sure to quit smoking on your planned quit date.
After you stop smoking, the doses of any medications you are using may need to be adjusted. Tell your doctor about all other medicines you use, especially insulin, blood thinners, or asthma medication.
Stop using Chantix and call your doctor at once if you have: any mood or behavior changes, confusion, anxiety, panic attacks, hallucinations, extreme fear, or if you feel impulsive, agitated, aggressive, restless, hostile, depressed, hyperactive (mentally or physically), or have thoughts about suicide or hurting yourself. Chantix may impair your thinking or reactions. You may also have mood or behavior changes when you quit smoking. Until you know how Chantix and the smoking cessation process is going to affect you, be careful if you drive or do anything that requires you to be cautious and alert.

Before taking Chantix
To make sure you can safely take Chantix, tell your doctor if you have any of these other conditions:
  • heart disease, circulation problems;
  • kidney disease (or if you are on dialysis); or
  • a history of depression or mental illness.
FDA pregnancy category C. It is not known whether Chantix will harm an unborn baby. Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant while using this medication. It is not known whether varenicline passes into breast milk or if it could harm a nursing baby. Do not use Chantix without telling your doctor if you are breast-feeding a baby. Do not give this medication to anyone under 18 years old

Way to Brush Your Teeth

Tired of dreading the drilling and nonstop scraping at the dentist?
Your days of misery may be coming to an end.
Researchers from the University of Missouri have been working with a new device that may offer a pain-free alternative to the oh-so-popular dentist’s drill.
This device—the non-thermal argon plasma brush—kills bacteria and eliminates the decayed pulp of the tooth by blasting it out with high-energy gas and liquid particles. The appeal: It doesn’t affect the highly sensitive nerves in the teeth, so it’s less painful.
But there’s a catch: These non-thermal argon plasma brushes are still going through clinical trials, so they’re not going to be available to dentists for at least another year or so
So what’s a guy to do? Take care of your teeth, of course. But chances are, your brushing habits could use a big upgrade. So we got in contact with Kenneth Young, D.D.S., the Men’s Health dentistry advisor, to give you some tips on how to impress your dentist (and avoid a lot of unnecessary pain).
Floss Before Brushing.
Floss once a day, preferably before you go to bed (considering you’ll have more time in the evenings), says Dr. Young. It’s also best to floss prior to brushing—that way you’re freeing up the spaces in between your teeth, allowing the toothpaste to penetrate into those gaps.

Go Electric.
These days, many dentists are pushing their clients toward buying electric toothbrushes. Using the electronic version not only makes you brush for at least 2 minutes (many of the new models have built-in timers), but also they’re less abrasive, which helps clean sensitive gums, says Dr. Young.
Improve Your Technique.
Brush twice a day for at least 2 minutes per session, says Dr. Young. Brush your teeth in a circular motion. Follow up by gently brushing your gum line—start at the gum line and then brush away from it, says Dr. Young.

End Your Night with Mouthwash.
Many people tend to rinse prior to leaving for work (which is great), but if you follow up with mouthwash in the evening, it can reach the spots freed up by flossing, says Dr. Young.
Keep Up with Cleanings.
Guys should try to visit the dentist at least twice a year, says Dr. Young. After 6 months is when the decay begins, so if you get them cleaned every 6 months, you should be in the clear

gut and brain connection

Have you ever had a “gut-wrenching” experience? Do certain situations make you “feel nauseous”? Have you ever felt “butterflies” in your stomach? We use these expressions for a reason. The gastrointestinal tract is sensitive to emotion. Anger, anxiety, sadness, elation — all of these feelings (and others) can trigger symptoms in the gut.
The brain has a direct effect on the stomach. For example, the very thought of eating can release the stomach’s juices before food gets there. This connection goes both ways. A troubled intestine can send signals to the brain, just as a troubled brain can send signals to the gut. Therefore, a person’s stomach or intestinal distress can be the cause or the product of anxiety, stress, or depression. That’s because the brain and the gastrointestinal (GI) system are intimately connected — so intimately that they should be viewed as one system.
This is especially true in cases where a person experiences gastrointestinal upset with no obvious physical cause. For such functional GI disorders, it is difficult to try to heal a distressed gut without considering the role of stress and emotion..

Stress and the functional GI disorders
Given how closely the gut and brain interact, it becomes easier to understand why you might feel nauseated before giving a presentation, or feel intestinal pain during times of stress. That doesn’t mean, however, that functional gastrointestinal illnesses are imagined or “all in your head.” Psychology combines with physical factors to cause pain and other bowel symptoms. Psychosocial factors influence the actual physiology of the gut, as well as symptoms. In other words, stress (or depression or other psychological factors) can affect movement and contractions of the GI tract, cause inflammation, or make you more susceptible to infection.
In addition, research suggests that some people with functional GI disorders perceive pain more acutely than other people do because their brains do not properly regulate pain signals from the GI tract. Stress can make the existing pain seem even worse.
Based on these observations, you might expect that at least some patients with functional GI conditions might improve with therapy to reduce stress or treat anxiety or depression. And sure enough, a review of 13 studies showed that patients who tried psychologically based approaches had greater improvement in their digestive symptoms compared with patients who received conventional medical treatment.

Is stress causing your symptoms?
Are your stomach problems — such as heartburn, abdominal cramps, or loose stools — related to stress? Watch for these other common symptoms of stress and discuss them with your doctor. Together you can come up with strategies to help you deal with the stressors in your life, and also ease your digestive discomforts.

Anatomy of human body 2

ok i'll countinue my post about anatomy of human body..now i'll explain about circulation.
i'll begin with general circulation of human body..
our circulatory system consists of your heart and blood vessels. Together, these provide a continuous flow of blood to your body, supplying the tissues with oxygen and nutrients. Arteries carry blood away from the heart; veins return blood to the heart.
this the diagram:
this ficture draw about our circulation general ,
next i get about arteries and veins..
arteries carry blood away from the heart. Oxygenated blood is pumped out of the heart through the body's main artery — the aorta. Arteries that branch off the aorta transport blood throughout the body, supplying tissues with oxygen and nutrients.

veins carry blood back toward the heart. Tiny vessels called capillaries in organs and tissues of the body deliver deoxygenated blood into small veins called venules, which join to form veins. Blood flows through the veins to the body's two main veins (called the vena cavae), which deliver the blood back into the heart.
